MIDSUMMER REGATTA VOLUNTEER SCHEDULE

Sign up for RC this regatta and you will earn your entire 4 credits! Other roles include supporting awards, and registration worth 1 VC each.

     - Process any late registrations and have waivers signed.

7:00 - 9:00 am Final registration opportunity.

Senior Race Committee (Full)   

Race Committee (1 open) 

      - Works with Race Officer     

Shore Captain (1)    

      - Person on shore to handle things 

11:00-2:00pm

Lunches (2) 

      - Set up and clean up after lunch, serve lunch

Evening:

 - Ensure the club is cleaned up, and manage cash bar to 10pm.

Post Regatta Clean up: (2) Between 2-4pm

- Ensure the club is cleaned up and ready for next use on Monday.

- Clean Kitchen, empty trash, and clear out recycling bins, clean the floor, and tide up the "heads" (aka Washrooms).
